Processing time
Orders placed before 2 PM IST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery timelines
Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Tier-2 cities: 3–6 business days. Remote PIN codes: 5–8 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS the moment your parcel ships.
Shipping charges
Flat ₹99 shipping on orders below ₹2,000. Complimentary shipping on every order at or above ₹2,000.
Packaging
Bottles are individually bubble-wrapped and shipped in tamper-evident cartons. If your package looks damaged at delivery, please refuse it or note the damage with the courier.
