Refund & Returns

We want you to love every R'Standpro product. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

Eligibility window

Returns and replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, email shivinternational.b1@gmail.com with photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

How to request

Email us with your order ID, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We'll respond within 1 business day with pickup or shipping instructions.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI and card refunds typically reflect within 2–3 business days of processing.

Non-returnable

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened bottles, used waxes, or sample sachets — unless the product is defective.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, please follow the return process above.
